You say that "Yusui" water is mineral water. Can babies drink it?
Mineral water is broadly categorized into hard water and soft water based on its hardness. Hardness is a numerical value representing the amount of calcium and magnesium dissolved in one liter of water. Water with a hardness exceeding 120 mg/l is called hard water, and water with a hardness below 120 mg/l is called soft water. Infant formula is recommended to be prepared with soft water, as excessive minerals can burden babies whose kidney function is still immature. The general guidelines for water usage are as follows:

You say that radioactive materials can also be removed, but will there be no re-contamination by radioactive materials accumulated inside the water purifier after prolonged use?
Since it enters the fine pores of the weathered natural stone used in Yusui, adsorbed radioactive materials will not flow out again.
Can you install it for me?
We apologize, but installation must be handled by the customer. The countertop type can be easily installed by a woman with just her bare hands, no tools required. For the undersink type, please contact a local plumber to arrange installation.
How do I exchange the contents?
First, please call us at (0287-54-0510).
If you would like a loaner unit
If you would like a loaner unit to use while your filter is being replaced, we will send it to you first. Please place your water purifier in the box the loaner unit came in and send it to us. Once the filter has been replaced, we will send your water purifier back to you, so please place the loaner unit in that box and return it. There is no charge for using the loaner unit itself.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping costs for sending your water purifier for replacement and for returning the loaner unit (two shipping costs). We will cover all other shipping costs.
If you do not want a loaner unit
Please send your water purifier to us. We will return it to you after the filter has been replaced.

How long does it take to exchange the contents?
As a general rule, it takes about one week. Depending on the time of year, it may take a little longer, but in such cases, we will inform you of the completion date when you first call us.
